Mother's Day
Many of us have childhood memories taking us back to when our mothers were preparing something special in the kitchen. And there is a dessert in particular, reminding the comfort of Sundays at home with family, when mothers and grandmothers would traditionally cook, the rice pudding.
Our pastry chefs are reviving these memories with a LPM style rice pudding and seasonal rhubarb, a staple ingredient that our grandmothers were using for their homemade jams and pies.
